Weekly Rehearsals: Wednesdays, 3:45pm-5:15pm

 

Saturday Rehearsals:

  • Nov 15 · 9:00–1:00pm

  • Dec 6 · 9:00–1:00pm

  • Jan 10 • 9:00am-2:00p (Bears 1 only)

 

Tech Week Rehearsals and Performances

Choir members will be assigned to a cast (Bears, Lions, or Tigers) by the third rehearsal. Once assigned, they must attend that cast’s tech week rehearsals and all four performances for that weekend. Conflicts will be considered when assignments are made. Performances are Friday evening, Saturday matinee and evenening, Sunday matinee.

  • Bears 1 Cast (grades 6–10): Jan 23–25, 2026

  • Tigers Cast (grades 2–6): Jan 30–Feb 1, 2026

  • Lions Cast (grades 2–6): Feb 6–8, 2026

  • Bears 2 Cast: Feb 13–15, 2026

 

What is Tech Week?

Tech week is the final week of rehearsals leading into performances. Students rehearse in the theater with full costumes, lights, sound, and staging. Rehearsals typically run longer than usual, and attendance is required every night to ensure the cast is ready for opening.
